When our family was presented with a surprise grandchild and a mother who wasn't ready to be part of the situation, Phoenix steered my son through all the legal hurdles necessary to become the legal father and assume custody. She knew exactly what to do, and was able to advise him at an incredible level of detail, down to which papers were best delivered by hand and which should be faxed at our particular courthouse. She was incredibly patient throughout the process, and checked up on the progress frequently.
Chloe is now my son's legal daughter, and he was able to request the birth certificates, sign her up for child care and medical assistance, and collect government benefits. It wouldn't have been possible without Phoenix's help. Her legal services are affordable and worth more than what she charges. She is one of the good ones, who really are in the legal profession to help people. Our family is extremely thankful that Phoenix was there for us, and would highly recommend her for any family law issue.

Phoenix has helped me gain custody of my child and assisted in keeping it that way. She is honest and always quick to respond. She even helped me get the proper arrangments prior to my deployment to Afghanistan. As a father this can be difficult even for the most experienced family law attorney.
